Duration

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 working days from delivery will not be accepted.

Full Refunds:

• Damaged or Faulty Items: We offer a 100% refund if the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
• Incorrect Product Delivered: We offer a 100% refund, or we can send the correct product.
• Order Not Received: We offer a 100% refund if you did not receive your order.
• Missing Items: We offer a 100% refund for any missing item or component from your order, or we can send the missing components.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

• Start Your Return: Email sales@saitechsupplies to lodge your return request.
• Process: Include your order number, reason for return, and as much detail as possible to speed up the return/replacement process.
• Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Misdescription:

If the product differs from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or for the correct item to be sent.

• Timing: Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot occur.
